TCS reports net profit of Rs 8,042 crore in Q2, up 1.78%

IT services major Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) on Thursday posted a 1.78 per cent increase in its net profit for the second quarter (Q2), ended September 2019. TCS's Q2 net profit came at Rs 8,042 crore as against a profit of Rs 7,901 crore reported in the same period last year.
