Cognizant crosses 1 lakh women employee mark

IT major Cognizant said the number of its woman employees has crossed the 100,000-mark globally, and nearly 75,000 of whom are in India. The company said while its goal was to employ at least 100,000 women around the world by 2020, it had managed to achieve the target ahead of schedule.
