Oyo in talks for Lovely varsity’s hostel assets

Oyo Hotels and Homes is in advanced talks to acquire student accommodation assets of Lovely Professional University (LPU) in a $200-million deal as the SoftBank-backed startup looks to expand into areas beyond hotels, said three sources familiar with the development.
