Amazon buys into Future co for Rs 1,500 crore

Amazon has finalised its long-awaited deal with Kishore Biyani’s Future Group. It will involve the Seattle-based online retail giant indirectly picking up a 4% stake in the flagship Future Retail, which owns Big Bazaar and Nilgiris retail chains.
