Sensex falls over 400 points in early trade, Nifty below 11,700

Equity indices opened in red on Monday with sensex falling over 400 points and Nifty below the 11,700-mark. The 30-share index fell 417.94 points or 1.06 per cent to 39,078.16 in early trade. While, the broader NSE Nifty fell 116.65 points or 0.99 per cent to trade at 11,694.50.
