SAT slaps fine on Sebi for alleged lapses in ruling

The Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) has imposed a fine on regulator Sebi for an adjudicating officer's order that resulted in litigation and "harrassment" for a former official of BGIL Films & Technologies.
