NCLAT clears Arcelor's Rs 42k cr bid for Essar Steel

The National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) Thursday cleared the takeover of Essar Steel by ArcelorMittal after it rejected all objections raised by the shareholders of the debt-ridden company.
