Auditors of DHFL: Can’t ascertain company's financials

DHFL’s auditors Deloitte Haskins & Sells have issued several qualifications on the company’s results, throwing into question the financial status of the company. The audit firm has said that various developments “raise a significant doubt on the ability of the company to continue as a going concern”.
