61 dead in Amritsar train accident: Top developments

A speeding train ran over a crowd watching fireworks during Dussehra celebrations in Amritsar on Friday evening, killing 61 people and injuring dozens more. Punjab Governor VP Singh Badnore and Cabinet minister Navjot Singh Sidhu visited the injured in hospitals on Saturday morning. Driver of the train has been detained for questioning.
