Vijay Mallya's extradition decision set for December 10: UK court

While India wants to extradite Vijay Mallya from Britain to face criminal action relating to Kingfisher Airline's $1.4 billion loans that Indian authorities want to recover, Mallya's lawyer Clare Montgomery told Westminster Magistrates Court that India failed to provide enough evidence against him necessary to warrant his extradition.
