Nirmala Sitharaman quotes 'Chanakya Niti' in her maiden Budget speech

Nirmala Sitharaman on Friday became the first full-time woman finance minister to present her maiden Union Budget for the financial year 2019-20. She made this Budget look special by refusing to go for the traditional Budget briefcase and instead chose a 'bahi-khata'(ledger), draped in a folded red cloth.
