Mallya-linked UBHL’s plea seeking stay on auctioning of shares worth Rs 1,500 crore rejected

Last week, UBHL moved the court of special PMLA judge MS Azmi and sought an order to stop the auctioning of the shares, valued at around Rs 1,500 crore. The auctioning is scheduled on Wednesday at 9am. UBHL had told the court that the DRT’s order was an overreach.
